• What is Nitazene Test Strip?

  Nitazene Test Strip is an immunoassay testing tool with antibodies sensitive enough to detect nitazeni e many derrivatives (benzomidazoles) at concentrations over 10 ng/ml, sufficient to rule out dangerous amounts.

• What is included with Nitazene Test Strip?

  Nitazene Test Strip comes in a hermetically sealed disposable pouch with silica gel packet inside.

• How sensitive are nitazene strisce reattive?

  Although as any other kit di test, no striscia reattiva can detect all compounds, at all concentrations e in any campione, nitazene strisce reattive can detect benzomidazoles at concentrations as low as 0.001-2mg/ml. 

  Detection limits with some of the tested nitazeni:

  • Isotonitazene – 2000ng/ml
  • Etonitazene – 1000ng/ml 
  • Metonitazene – 1000ng/ml 
  • Protonitazene – 1000ng/ml

• Are there any possible false positives?

  It is recommended to dilute campione (100 mg / 200 ml) to avoid possible false positives. Nitazene strisce reattive are extremely sensitive, if you get a positive result repeat the test with 1/10th of the campione. If the result is then negative, it suggests a false positive could have occured before.

• Come si usa Nitazene Test Strip?

  

  METHOD 1   

  If testing a benzo/oppioide pill, crush one in a plastic baggie e dump out the powder.  Aggiungi poi 10 gocce d’acqua nella bustina e mescola bene. Immergi la striscia reattiva non oltre la linea spessa. Attendi 15 secondi. Metti via la striscia e controlla dopo 5 minuti.

  METHOD 2

  Mix 100 mg of campione in 200 ml of water. Immergi la striscia reattiva non oltre la linea spessa. Attendi 15 secondi. Metti via la striscia e controlla dopo 5 minuti.

  COMPARE RESULTS

  1 line = nitazene, 2 lines = no nitazene. Anche le linee deboli contano. Ignore nitazene tester results after 5 minutes.

  Do not freeze strisce reattive. Use before the date printed on the packaging.
